I don't know what's wrong

Everytime I log onto the game my hotkeys are all reset. I lost the skills I had prior to my rebirth due to this. Also there is no loot dropping for me and monsters aren't respawning when I kill them. Any assistance will be appreciated.

i doesnt help to spam in game about this and post on forum about the exact same thing.

This is the first time I have brought up this problem cause I don't spam in game. I figured the forums was the best place to solve this problem. So does that mean there is nothing I can do about it right now? If so I'll just continue to reset my hot keys when I play.

lucious has smegaed countless number of times to fix this bug.

just delete all your quests.
